Currently, NTT Vietnam, in collaboration with Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), one of the Vietnam's largest telecommunications operators, aims to develop an educational ICT business in Vietnam, and since January last year, trials with Japanese educational ICT solutions at the Academy in Hanoi and Tran Cao Van primary school in Da Nang have been conducted. In order for further expansion throughout Vietnam, NTT Vietnam decided to conduct an additional trial in Binh Duong Province in southern Vietnam as a part of the "Feasibility study project for overseas expansion of high-quality infrastructure (in the first year of Reiwa)” supported and funded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
NTT Vietnam will utilize the know-how and knowledge of NTT East Japan that it has cultivated by engaging in ICT support for many schools and educational institutes in Japan, and by developing educational ICT solutions in Vietnam, NTT Vietnam is aiming to contribute to the advanced primary and secondary education. In this trial, based on the achievements cultivated in the past trials, NTT Vietnam will explore the regional expandability in southern Vietnam.

After getting the trial results, NTT Vietnam will aim to provide full-scale services to trial schools and other public schools in consultation with the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong and Binh Duong Peoples' Committee.
